What are the modes of payment?

You can pay using debit card, credit card, internet banking, wallets and UPI. COD is not available.

Where all do you deliver?

o We deliver pan India. Also, if you are in Mumbai, you can visit our shops at Marine lines, Bandra, Worli, Andheri and in Pune.

Are there any shipping charges?

Yes, there is a minimal Shipping Charge of Rs. 100/-.

How much time it takes for my order to get delivered?

We will ensure that your order is quickly processed and safely delivered. We aim to dispatch the order within 3-4 business days.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an email & SMS along with your order number.

Where to track my shipment of the orders?

Tracking number and courier service provider details will send on your register email id.

How can I make a change in my order or cancel it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, you need to email us at info@fantasiechocolate.com or call us on 022 22071229 between 11 AM to 6 PM, on business days. Please note that order once shipped cannot be cancelled.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Refund cheques will be made in the registered name of the customer only.

What are the cases where a refund will not be made?

Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or wrong product sent.
If the product is found to not be eligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.

When will the refunded amount be credited back to my account?

The inspection and validation of the claim will take place within 7 working days of receipt of the returned product (s).

Can we store Chocolate in the refrigerator?

Ideally , chocolates need to be stored cool & dry in an airtight container . If the room temperature is warm & the chocolates will melt , then please store chocolate container in an ac environment or in the section in refrigerator which stores fresh vegetables .

Why has my Chocolate turned white?

When chocolate experiences temperature changes from cool to warm & is stored in the refrigerator , the cocoa butter tends to rise to the surface . Visually the chocolate develops whiteish patches which are also called fat bloom . The chocolate however can be consumed & need not be thrown away.

What is the best way to store fantasie’s Chocolate after my purchasing ?
Chocolate is best stored cool & dry in an airtight container at approximately 20-22°C and consumed within 15 days after purchase in order to experience the delicate aromas & flavours optimally .
