Are there any shipping charges?

Yes, there is a minimal Shipping Charge of Rs. 100/-.

How much time it takes for my order to get delivered?

Deliveries in Mumbai effected in 24 hours depending on the item ordered.Delivery Pan India should reach you in 3 to 4 working days depending on items ordered and your location.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an email along with your order number.

Where to track my shipment of the orders?

Tracking number and courier service provider details will send on your register email id.

How can I make a change in my order or cancel it?

o If you need to make changes or cancel your order, you need to email us at info@fantasiechocolate.com or call us on 022 22071229 between 11 AM to 6 PM, on business days. Please note that order once shipped cannot be cancelled.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

o Refund cheques will be made in the registered name of the customer only.

What are the cases where a refund will not be made?
  • Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or wrong product sent.
  • If the product is found to not be eligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
When will the refunded amount be credited back to my account?

The inspection and validation of the claim will take place within 7 working days of receipt of the returned product (s).
