Rum And Raisin

Rum and Raisin chocolate is a heavenly treat. Try it now.

Makes: 10 dozen

Time required: 1hour 30mins

 

Ingredients:

100 gm fresh cream, 120ml rum 150 gm raisins, 300gm Dark Chocolate for mixing, 1 kg Dark Chocolate for hollow and coating .

 

Method:

Boil fresh cream, and cool completely. Add 120ml rum, 150gm raisin and 300gm Dark melted chocolate. Mix well. Melt and temper Dark Chocolate. Put in a mould. Turn mould upside down to make hollow shells. Cool shells in a refrigerator for 10mins. Take shells out and fill up with rum raisin mixture.

Top up the shells with the balance melted Dark Chocolate.

Cool in refrigerator for 15mins and serve.
